Why should I test the air quality in my home or office?

It has been shown in several studies that humans are encountering more toxins from food, air and water than ever before. One largely overlooked area in our daily lives is our home or office environment. We spend 14 or more hours at our homes daily and if windows are closed up we are at the mercy of any toxins floating in our homes air.

What are common indoor air pollutants?

This can depend on a lot of factors. The age of a home can have a lot of relation to this. Newer homes will usually exhibit a lot of offgassing of things like formaldehyde, VOCs and other chemicals from a lot of the new construction items used today. Older homes can sometimes exhibit high levels of mold, asbestos and other things that may have happened as the wear and tear of the home breaks down.

How can I tell if I have poor indoor air quality without testing?

A really easy test if you notice when on vacation or staying at a family members house for a couple days and symptoms seem to subside or ease up. A lot of chronically ill people may even see a large decrease in pain, improvement in brain function and clarity as well as improved skin, sleep and other functions the body does that are harder for someone to control with supplements or medications.

How often should I test my indoor air quality?

If the air in the home is tested and a person adheres to not adding toxic items such as plug in air fresheners, toxic cleaning supplies, no smoking or any other things that can really sway the air quality then it would be acceptable to say that its only needed if any future health concerns are presented.

What methods do you use for air quality testing?

We use state of the art devices to measure different levels and types of air quality. The devices are checked by our internal sources verifying calibration as well as set to the companies parameters to get the most accurate readings.

How long does the air quality testing process take?

The size of the home or office would be the determining factor. On average an inspection will be around one hour and have our experts guiding through the virtual consult. In person inspections are approximately the same amount of time.

Can air quality issues be resolved?

During the several years of creating our own safe homes we have developed methods to “detox” a home or mitigate many of the items we will test for. Some will be willingness on the Clients part to make necessary changes recommended to accommodate for creating the safe environment.

Do you provide recommendations for improvement after testing?

You will receive a detailed report with links to items to help mitigate potential toxins found in the inspection. Questions for your expert are advised to get the most out of your home detox experience.

Can air quality testing help with specific concerns like allergies or asthma?

Our Founder has personally seen changes in the body from one environment to another. The profound difference one home to another makes is what spawned the creation of helping others to achieve success with their health journey.

What is the difference between indoor and outdoor air quality?

Indoor air quality can have some attributes of the outdoor air such as pollen, mold and other organic materials. The biggest thing to note is that most items in a home are a lot of times not from a natural or organic source. With these inorganic and sometimes very toxic items our bodies detox pathways like the liver, kidneys, colon and lymptatic system become overburdened. When this happens a persons already burdened system with possible past infections etc will tend to be lit on fire and brought to the surface.

How can I maintain good air quality on an ongoing basis?
